Doing the same thing over and over again is what makes us so good at what we do oftentimes. We niche down, we hone in, and we specialize in order to attract our perfect customers and build the business we always dreamed of.
But what happens when practice doesn't just make perfect? What happens when that practice just makes you comfortable? And I don't mean the good, sweaters and leggings kind of comfortable. I mean the lazy and set in your ways kind of comfortable.
As the end of the year draws near, Kristin and I have taken on a couple projects that have really pushed us out of our comfort zones. These jobs still fit under branding and are something we are totally capable of doing, but just wasn't really something we were offering before.
And to be honest, we both got really nervous. I even started to ask myself if we should have taken the projects! But, it's been sooo good for us to break the routine. To push ourselves into new spaces. And have something fresh and exciting to explore again.
We're breaking out of our comfort zones just in time for a new year. Who knows what could happen next?!
