This month's inbox workshop dove deep into analyzing Players in the Field, or as most people refer to it as, the competition.
Competitors has become such a common term that most of us in business know and use pretty regularly. So, why don't we just make things simple and refer to it the Players in the Field as competitors like everyone else?
Because we strongly believe that in business, competition stifles innovation.
It's not that we think all competition is bad. Healthy competition is a great thing! But there's just something about referring to the other players as our competitors that just gives us bad vibes.
At the end of the day, there is room for EVERYONE in the marketplace, and we would so much rather support the other players. Our comrades. Our friends. We love living comfortably in the mindset that someone else's success does not affect ours.
We can all be in this together and watch each other grow.
