The concept seems simple doesn't it? The more you do something the better you get. So why is that so hard sometimes?! How can it be so difficult to remain so persistant?
We all have those rough weeks where we shrug it off when we drop our schedules and responsibilities. But once you lose momentum with a habit, sometimes it feels almost impossible to pick it back up.
This is something I'm struggling with not only in work, but in life. This year I have truly amped up my game when it comes to my health. For once in my life I truly CARE about making workouts happen! (WHO AM I?!) But, even with this new desire, I have had slow weeks. And it is SO much harder to get back into it after those weeks!
So this letters is to remind me not to make excuses during bad weeks. To remind me to carry through with what I promise. And when I do slow down, this is to remind me that it only gets easier if I can push through the tough stuff.
What habits are you trying to form in work and life right now?
